How to access the Address Book in Outlook OWA
In Outlook on the Web (OWA), the Address Book can be accessed by following these steps:
Log in to Outlook on the Web: Open your web browser and go to your organization's Outlook on the Web portal. Log in with your credentials.

Access the Address Book:
- Click on the People icon in the left-hand menu (it looks like two silhouettes) to open the Contacts or People section.
- Alternatively, while composing a new email, click on the To, Cc, or Bcc fields, and then click on the "To" button to open the Address Book, where you can search for contacts.
Search for Contacts: In the Address Book, you can search for contacts by typing a name or email address in the search bar.
